Business Development Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative to spearhead our startup's growth. This pivotal role involves leading prospecting and outreach efforts. As one of our first non-engineering hires, you will be key in shaping and executing our growth strategy.

• Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach initiatives (Linked In, Cold Calling, Events, Conferences, etc).

• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture connections with key decision-makers, including executives, directors, and procurement teams.

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content such as case studies showcasing customer success, product tour videos, tutorials, and targeted email campaigns to communicate the benefits of our AI solutions effectively.

• Experience: You have 3+ years in business development or sales roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or AI technology sectors. You have a proven track record of successfully prospecting and closing deals with large enterprises and managing complex sales cycles.

• Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable with the technical aspects of Generative AI and can translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.

• Creative and Proactive: You are a self-starter with a talent for innovative problem-solving and project management, capable of juggling multiple initiatives without compromising quality.

• Networking Prowess: You possess a strong network within Fortune 500 companies and can build new relationships quickly.
