Global asset management and holding company with approximately $74B AUM is seeking a Business / Cross-Platform Solutions Associate. The Cross-Platform Solutions Associate supports the Office of the CEO and senior leaders across the firm by enabling firmwide initiatives, strengthening execution discipline, and improving alignment across investment, fundraising, and portfolio management functions.
The Associate serves as a generalist execution and thought partner, contributing to high-priority projects through research, analysis, coordination, and preparation of executive-ready materials. This role works across a wide range of strategic, operational, and organizational priorities and is designed for a candidate who thrives in ambiguity and values clarity, rigor, and follow-through.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a consulting or finance background who thrives in ambiguity, communicates clearly, and wants exposure to how senior leadership priorities are shaped and executed across a multi-platform investment organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Office of the CEO and senior leaders by preparing executive-ready, decision-oriented materials across a range of firmwide priorities
- Contribute to quarterly business reporting by coordinating and distilling financial, investment, and operational inputs into clear, structured outputs for leadership review
- Assist with firmwide strategy processes, including annual planning and leadership offsites, through research, problem structuring, and preparation of supporting analyses and materials
- Support capital formation and fundraising efforts by packaging, translating, and synthesizing materials for internal and leadership audiences
- Prepare concise one-pagers, summaries, and briefing materials to translate complex topics and support leadership discussions and decision-making
- Conduct research and analysis related to product development, new initiatives, and emerging strategic opportunities, with an emphasis on clarity and practical implications
- Support cross-functional initiatives such as M&A due diligence, technology adoption, and systems rollouts by coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-through
- Maintain workplans, trackers, and timelines for active initiatives to help ensure accountability, execution discipline, and visibility for senior leadership
- Support recurring leadership processes (e.g., weekly meetings, periodic reporting) as well as ad hoc projects that arise from senior leadership priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Office of the CEO and senior leadership priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similarly rigorous professional environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, structured outputs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort drafting memos, presentations, and summaries for senior audiences
- Highly organized, with strong project management instincts and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with investment or workflow tracking tools a plus
- Interest in technology-enabled process improvement (including AI tools) is a plus
Compensation: $125-160K base (commensurate with experience) plus discretionary bonus.
This role is onsite in Manhattan 5 days a week, with occasional travel to the CT office.
