We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Duties- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze pipeline performance.
- Lead negotiations for contracts and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business expansion initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, strategic planning, and project management principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts and techniques to support outreach efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships and expand client base.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
