Classification & Compensation
Independent Contractor (1099). Compensation is commission‑only, tiered flat fees:
- 1-3 contracts/month: $500 per contract.
- 4-6 contracts/month: $750 per contract.
- 7+ contracts/month: $1,000 per contract.
One‑time payments only; no renewals or residuals.
ResponsibilitiesSource and close new security service contracts. Execute agreements and hand off to Account Management. Maintain independent work methods and schedule.
