We’re partnering with a prestigious AmLaw 200 firm to find a dynamic Business Development Manager or Senior Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving growth for its Strategic Transactions practice
, including M&A and Capital Markets

• Shape Strategy: Develop and execute integrated BD plans that strengthen client relationships and attract new business.
• Drive Growth: Lead initiatives for key client targeting, cross-selling, and market expansion.
• Pitch Leadership: Manage high-stakes proposals and RFPs, crafting winning strategies and compelling narratives.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable insights to partners.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.

• Experience: 8+ years in business development within professional services (law, consulting, finance) or a similar corporate setting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
• Skills: Strategic mindset, strong communication, project management, and leadership capabilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with M&A and Capital Markets is a plus.
