- Cultivate and expand relationships with institutional clients and high‑value prospects
- Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering actionable market insights, data points, and investment ideas daily
- Drive account growth through new account acquisition, increased wallet share, and strategic monetization of firm resources
- Facilitate meaningful connections between research analysts and institutional counter parties
- Coordinate executive roadshows, connecting portfolio companies with key institutional investors
- Generate engagement for Wedbush‑sponsored events and thought leadership initiatives
- Maintain real‑time awareness of client portfolio strategies, investment themes, and evolving needs
- Deliver comprehensive client reviews and market intelligence to senior management
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions, pipeline development, and relationship health
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of institutional equity sales experience at a senior/producing level with demonstrated success
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required
- Proven ability to establish, grow, and maintain institutional relationships with measurable results
- Established network of top‑tier institutional and middle‑market clients
- Superior ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with presence and polish
- Self‑starter mentality with the discipline to work independently and collaboratively
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial technology platforms
