At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we’ve grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team of more than 140 people, supporting hundreds of practices nationwide.
Our purpose is simple:
to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.
Moxie is hiring a senior operator to own our most critical growth initiatives.
In this role, you’ll lead new state launches and service expansions end-to-end — turning complex legal and operational requirements into clear plans, scalable systems, and repeatable playbooks. You’ll work cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Operations, and Sales to make sure we can grow quickly, compliantly, and without chaos.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and loves turning strategy into execution. We’re open to hiring at the Senior Manager or Principal level depending on experience.
If you’ve built operating frameworks at a high‑growth company or consulting environment — and want to shape how a business scales — this role is for you.
What You’ll DoLead Strategic Growth Initiatives
Own the planning and execution of new state launches and service expansions, from scoping requirements to driving cross‑functional execution.
Translate complex legal and operational requirements into clear work streams, timelines, accountability, and go‑live readiness.
Run operational readiness reviews to ensure launches are scalable, compliant, and durable.
Build Scalable Systems & Operating Infrastructure
Architect repeatable frameworks and systems that enable Moxie to scale: from compliance workflows to service operations to expansion playbooks.
Improve visibility and coordination across teams by connecting systems like Notion, Hub Spot, Slack, and operational reporting tools.
Build tools and templates that make decision‑making and execution faster as complexity increases.
Drive Cross‑Functional Execution
Act as the “connective tissue” across teams — ensuring clarity on ownership, priorities, and handoffs.
Surface risks early, bring tradeoffs to leadership, and drive alignment through structured decisions and clear communication.
Lead complex initiatives where success depends on getting multiple functions moving in sync.
Forecast & Optimize Operational Capacity
Build and maintain models that forecast operational demand, identify bottlenecks, and support resourcing decisions ahead of growth.
Partner with Ops leaders to strengthen capacity planning and operational performance measurement.
Ensure operational decisions balance service quality, cost‑to‑serve, and revenue impact.
Use Data to Drive Decisions and Improve Performance
Diagnose operational inefficiencies using quantitative analysis and structured problem solving.
Track performance of key initiatives and services (including add‑on services), identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve margins.
Ensure decisions are grounded in metrics and realistic assumptions, not intuition or surface‑level analysis.
Scale Legal & Compliance Operations
Partner with Legal and external vendors to manage filings, track requirements, and build scalable systems for multi‑state compliance.
Ensure compliance operations are designed for repeatability and audit readiness as Moxie expands.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics. We are looking for a candidate who can both derive insight from complex data and drive execution through ambiguity.
Strategic Operator (6–10+ years)
Experience in strategy, operations, consulting, business operations, or scaling teams/systems in high‑growth environments.
Proven ability to lead high‑stakes, cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end.
Data‑Literate, Metrics‑Driven Thinker
Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning skills — comfortable interpreting data, identifying trends, and structuring decisions.
Ability to create models to forecast operational workload, estimate impact, and prioritize among tradeoffs.
Comfort with tools like Excel/Sheets and data…
