• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Client Success Managers across the Americas
• Ensure consistent execution of Client Success playbooks and best practices
• Drive effective adoption of Personetics tools and systems, such as Salesforce and internal analytics tools
• Build and expand executive and senior stakeholder relationships across client organizations
• Act as the regional evangelist for Personetics' Cognitive Banking strategy and value proposition

• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services and/or fintech within the assigned region (Americas)
• Proven experience leading Client Success, Account Management, or Customer-facing teams at scale
• Demonstrated success driving renewals, expansion revenue, and executive-level client relationships
• Experience working with large banks and complex, multi-stakeholder client environments
• University degree or higher required

• Multi-lingual skills to enhance communication with diverse client bases
