What's the Job?- Generate requisitions and manage purchase orders across all lines within Pharm Sci, ensuring completeness and accuracy of associated documents.
- Interface with colleagues, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to facilitate seamless procure‑to‑pay processes.
- Assist with setting up new vendors and maintaining existing ones in Ariba, including extending end dates or closing purchase orders as needed.
- Review invoices, identify discrepancies, and communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Support operational reporting by gathering monthly metrics related to purchase orders, spend, discrepancies, and contractor costs, providing insights to business owners.
- Associate Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience with Ariba Spend Management or similar procurement tools is preferred.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks across global time zones.
