About this Role

This role is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate interested in nonprofit management and operations. As an Associate of Programs & Operations, you will primarily focus on supporting the execution of both virtual and in‑person events that ICM hosts, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience for members and stakeholders alike. The role also extends to the member experience aspect, where you will be instrumental in maintaining the member portal, managing prospect data, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new members.

Alongside this, you will lend support to the finance and operations teams, working closely on tasks related to accounts, compliance, and financial administration. This dynamic position promises substantial growth opportunities within the organization, as you actively contribute to our mission‑critical activities.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of high‑quality events for ICM members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, invitations, and logistics for events.
  • Handle various member experience tasks, including data management and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain the member portal,ịn ensuring resources are up‑to‑date.
  • Direct inbound email queries to appropriate colleagues.
  • Assist with finance functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support compliance‑related tasks and administration of ICM software subscriptions.
  • Assist with budget development and grant reporting.
  • Aid Board relations, including drafting meeting materials.
  • Support CRM rollout and tracking KPIs.
