Business Analytics Analyst

Citi is seeking a Business Analytics Analyst to join its Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in analytics and decision management. You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable insights to support business strategy and operational improvements.

• Collect operational data from various internal teams to assess past business performance.
• Identify patterns and trends in data to enhance decision‑making in business planning, process optimization, and solution evaluation.
• Recommend strategic actions, policy improvements, and operational enhancements.
• Perform exploratory and confirmatory data analysis, along with qualitative assessments.
• Translate data into customer behavior insights to inform targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Communicate findings clearly to business partners and senior leadership.
• Continuously explore new data sources, tools, and analytical capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and refine decision strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, while maintaining ethical standards.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in analytics or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
