- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or product strategy, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing teams.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
- Business acumen and knowledge of the You Tube ecosystem.
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences.
The You Tube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross‑functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the You Tube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions:
Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
