Base Pay Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Position Overview: We’re seeking a Business Execution Lead to work closely with agency leadership, translating strategy into action, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting strategic initiatives and teams.

Location: (3 days per week in office, 2 days remote)

• Partner with agency leadership to support strategic planning, priority setting, and team alignment around business goals.
• Provide thought leadership in solving complex organizational problems and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Develop highly visual presentations that translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear stories for senior leadership.
• Drive the content, cadence, and logistics of key agency routines, including all-hands calls, town halls, ad hoc events, and new initiatives to foster team connectivity.
• Lead people management support, including headcount reporting, onboarding for new hires, and contract renewals.
• Maintain operational clarity across initiatives, ensuring teams understand priorities and next steps.
• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leadership, helping to anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in business planning, strategy, or operations roles; consulting or agency experience preferred.
• Strong presentation skills – able to craft data-driven stories that influence senior leadership decisions.
• Excellent communicator, able to build trust and partner effectively across organizational levels.
• Highly detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and quality in deliverables.
• Analytical, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments; self-starter and continuous learner.
• Flexible, resilient, and able to adapt to setbacks while maintaining momentum.
• Skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
