An established e-commerce organization is seeking an E-Commerce Returns Manager to oversee and optimize the full returns process across online sales channels. This role focuses on efficiency, cost control, fraud prevention, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:- Managing end-to-end returns and reverse logistics
- Overseeing refunds, inventory recovery, and accuracy
- Analyzing return data to reduce return rates
- Preventing fraud and controlling operational costs
- Collaborating with operations, customer service, and finance teams
Qualifications:
- Experience managing returns or reverse logistics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong process management abilities
- Familiarity with marketplace return policies
- Ability to work cross-functionally
Salary: $45k - $50k/Year
