Position: Technology Support - Treasury & Cash Management Implementation
Location: New York

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a Technology Support - Treasury & Cash Management Implementation to join their team. As a Technology Support - Treasury & Cash Management Implementation, you will be part of the Treasury & Cash Management Implementation Department supporting client onboarding and system integration teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex Cash Management and Treasury services for diverse corporate clients.
  • Manage the implementation lifecycle from client onboarding to full operational status.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a technical expert during sales and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Product Management, Sales, and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise junior team members, optimize operational workflows, and lead digitalization projects to enhance efficiency.
What's Needed?
  • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role within a major financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Cash Management and Treasury systems implementation.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written; proficiency in Japanese is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn new banking platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
