Revelio Labs is looking for a Client Success Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data analysis, client engagement, and product expertise. In this role, you’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure our clients get the most value from our products.

As a key member of the Client Success team, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for data-related questions, supporting client onboarding, ongoing engagement, and day-to-day needs. You’ll also collaborate closely with the Sales team to support prospective clients and trials, acting as a subject matter expert on our data.

• 2+ years of experience providing data-driven insights and analysis in client-facing roles
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP)
• Strong data visualization skills and the ability to present insights clearly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience working with Human Capital or Financial data is a plus

Our offices are based in New York City, but the position can be done remotely.

The pay range for this position in New York City is $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Salary outside New York City may differ. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our company’s equity program, plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other.
