Position: Head of Sales (US Market)
Location: New York

We are currently seeking a
Head of Sales
. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

(EST Time Zone - NY)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales;
  • Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management;
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets;
  • Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise;
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities;
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth;
  • Market analysis.
  • 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role;
  • Proven B2B/B2C sales experience is required;
  • Proven experience in sales within the United States market;
  • Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory;
  • Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Inflow, or similar);
  • Experience in building a sales department from the ground up;
  • Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast;
  • Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration;
  • Results-driven, accountable, and effective in managing change.

Job Type: Full-time, Remotely

Pay: Fixed Salary and uncapped commission based on goals performed;
