We are looking for a world‑class Senior Product Manager to join Hearth. This is not a role for a manager, strategist, or delegator. This role is for a builder and a scientist—a master of the product craft who wants to get their hands dirty, talk with pros, ship impactful software, and solve impactful, solvable problems.

Hearth is on a mission to help small home services businesses thrive. With 15,000 SMB customers and strong financial footing, we have significant market traction and a massive opportunity within a $600B industry. We have accomplished a great deal with a lean team in getting to $35M ARR and are on track to power ~$5B in home services projects with a single PM.

We’re at a critical inflection point where we need a strong builder‑scientist to accelerate our growth.

• Drive the AI Product to $10M ARR: ship features that directly address churn, improve monetization, and drive growth.
• Build the machine: partner with leadership and engineering to establish the “Hearth Way of Shipping Product”—a lightweight, data‑rigorous, customer‑centric process that increases clarity, predictability, and shipping velocity.
• Systematically unblock engineering: deliver well‑scoped, data‑informed technical briefs that empower engineers to build with confidence and efficiency. Install a hypothesis‑driven product development engine and own the end‑to‑end process of turning customer insights and data into shipped products that solve our acute retention problem and unlock the next phase of growth.

• Builder at heart: a relentless bias for action, high agency, and a satisfaction in shipping well‑crafted software quickly.
• Scientist in practice: data‑self‑sufficient (writes own SQL), lives in product analytics, and thinks in experiments.
• Technically credible: deep understanding of APIs, system architecture, and technical trade‑offs; engineers view them as a true partner.
• Master of scope: instinctively finds the 80/20 solution, protects the team from distraction, and is comfortable saying “no”.

• 5+ years of hands‑on Product Management experience in a B2B or B2
  
  SMB SaaS environment.
• Non‑negotiable data self‑sufficiency: expert‑level SQL and fluency in Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• A proven 0‑to‑1 track record: portfolio of shipped products from concept to launch in a fast‑paced, resource‑constrained startup environment (Series A–C preferred).
• Passion for creating order from chaos: thrives in ambiguity and builds clear, efficient processes from scratch.
