Overview
Digital Ad Operations - Business Operations Manager
W2 contract, minimum 6 months expected to extend longer term. Hybrid out of NYC – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote. Target $45-48/hr.
Responsibilities- Design and support the operational foundations for new product solutions and strategies
- Define end to end workflows from pitch to pay for optimal tracking and execution
- Identify gaps in technical and operational plans and propose solutions
- Identify and document necessary policies and support structures
- Enforce business policy compliance on all new audience strategies
- Build RACI for operationalization across teams including Sales, Finance, Product and Sales Systems
- Implement and enforce Ad Operations processes and policies for the Ad Ops/QA teams to follow
- Enhance day to day campaign workflow structure with solutions that bring Operational Excellence and incremental efficiencies as it relates to Creative tracking and execution, Campaign reporting, Client Services and Ad Operations collaboration tools, Policy enforcement, and Campaign success
- Drive and influence internal product and engineering development on platform features and requirements to support the sales business
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Operations teams to create automated, scalable solutions
- Produce analytics on the success of the business models and provide recommendations
- Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner
- Collaborate with team members of Sales Operations
- Must have Digital Ad or Business Operations experience.
- Ability to project manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
- 5+ years working in an organization that supports the Advertising Sales function with F100 brands.
- Must be task driven & have the ability to produce and hit key deliverable deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and strong organizational skills required.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with knowledge of programmatic landscape, Connected TV & upcoming technologies, industry trends, and major players.
- Ability to manage and work effectively within cross-functional and matrix relationships.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic insight to build business cases for support resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field a plus.
