Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy for solar PV and energy storage products, aligned with company goals.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, installers, developers, utilities, and large-scale customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the local sales team to achieve targets and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adjust strategies and capture emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical support teams to ensure customer needs are met and market feedback is incorporated.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Electrical Engineering or related field;
    Master Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the solar PV and/or energy storage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in the U.S. renewable energy market.
  • Strong existing network with U.S.

    -based distributors, EPCs, developers, distribution channels, utilities, or corporate energy buyers.
  • In-depth understanding of U.S. energy policies, incentives, market dynamics, and customer segments.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
