Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager to join our growing US team. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and identifying opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for cultural intelligence and AI-driven insights.
Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long‑lasting relationships. - Onboarding and Training:
Lead the client onboarding process, including platform training and initial workspace calibration, to ensure a smooth and successful start. - Project Management:
Manage and coordinate client projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights and reports. - Strategic Guidance:
Provide clients with strategic guidance and recommendations based on Winnin's cultural intelligence platform, helping them to understand and act on cultural trends. - Client Support:
Address client inquiries and support on‑demand requests regarding contracted services and platform functionalities. - Growth Opportunities:
Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expansion. - Internal
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Cultural Insights, Creative Strategy, and Sales teams to deliver a cohesive and high‑quality client experience.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client‑facing role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and translate complex data and insights into actionable recommendations.
- A passion for culture, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology‑driven company is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
