Overview

Temporary Junior Business Analyst, Retail – Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is hiring a Temporary Junior Business Analyst, Retail to join their team onsite in NYC on a full-time schedule. This is a temporary position that will begin immediately and continue based on performance and the needs of the business.

• Perform diagnosis of existing reporting tools and reports
• Design future reporting dashboard structure and rollout the toll throughout the organization
• Identify business opportunities by market, store, and product category
• Propose incentives and contests for sales teams, measure impact, and collect feedback
• Work with team to build and consolidate action plans to drive performance within the retail network
• Assist in preparation of presentations for Top Management and Business Reviews

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly Analytical
• Exceptional project management skills
• A true self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Must be highly organized and have attention to detail

Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr
