Pricing & Cost Modeling Analyst - IT Outsourcing Solutions

• Develop and maintain commercial pricing models for ITO and managed service opportunities.
• Deliver multi-service line cost modeling and full P&L analysis for bids and proposals.
• Support bid governance, ensuring compliance with pricing review processes.
• Provide risk/benefit commentary at Bid Review Meetings, advising on margins, resource commitments, and commercial viability.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure pricing aligns with operational capabilities.
• Update and maintain CRM systems with pricing data and pipeline forecasts.
• Respond to all bid/pricing inquiries in accordance with agreed governance models.
• Prepare and deliver timely, client-ready proposals within prescribed time frames.

• 5+ years in commercial pricing, cost modeling, or bid management.
• 3+ years in ITO, IT Solutions, or Managed Services pricing.
• Strong understanding of contract pricing, margin analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, CPQ tools, and CRM platforms.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with senior stakeholders.

• Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses and proposal delivery.
• Familiarity with pricing governance frameworks and commercial review boards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
