• Competitive Pay: $55,000 – $92,500 per year

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Accurately document labor times and repair procedures
• Maintain efficiency and productivity goals
• Collaborate with service advisors and warranty administrators
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and correctly the first time
• Participate in ongoing Ford training as needed

• Previous experience as an automotive technician (Ford experience preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to meet productivity and efficiency standards
• Valid driver’s license
• Commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork
• Ford certifications preferred but not required
