• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all sales people on the team
• Directs staffing and training to enhance development and control of sales programs
• Establishes and meets daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives
• Monitors salesperson productivity and performance
• Attends manager meetings as requested
• Utilizes tools to follow up with customers and ensures the team does so as well
• Other duties may be assigned

• Must have previous experience as a Sales Manager
• Steady work and performance history
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to train and manage a successful sales team
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through

• Sales Manager: 2 years (Required)
• Automotive Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

• High school or equivalent (Required)
