Job SummaryThe Associate Automotive Content Analyst is an entry level position that requires the use of advanced vehicle knowledge to create Service Pricing Guides. This position will develop associated skills in order to build Service Pricing Guides in a timely, accurate manor. This includes the maintenance, revision, and enhancement of products as assigned, resolution of data challenges, review of materials and sources, and other projects as may be assigned by the Product Team Supervisor.

An Associate Automotive Content Analyst should have at least 5 years dealership experience in the Parts Department. Experience in the Service Department would be considered. This experience should include parts counter advisor and / or service advisor work. It may include some type of managerial responsibility as a Manager, Assistant Manager or Wholesale Manager. Should include carline exp for one or all of responsible carlines hired for.
We are currently seeking BMW/MINI and VW/Audi experience.
Associate Automotive Content Analysts must have strong analytical research skills. Associate Automotive Content Analysts must have advanced knowledge of vehicle technical information. This should include, but is not limited to, OEM parts catalogs, labor catalogs, owners manuals, technical bulletins, recalls, part price masters and Motor data. The Analyst use all the data gathered to create a Pricing Guide for dealers. Associate Automotive Content Analysts should be able to interpret the vehicle information provided to them and accurately recreate this information in a logical, organized manor for our clients.
Associate Automotive Content Analysts must have strong decision-making capabilities. Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Windows is necessary. Above average project management skills, adaptability, and the ability to plan and organize efficiently are vital skills for this position. An Associate Automotive Content Analyst should possess excellent written and oral communication skills and should have excellent telephone skills. ASE Parts Certification helpful.
