Pay: $20/hour

Schedule:

Overnight shift (3 pm start); overtime required.

• Inspect wheels for cracks, bends, and other damage.
• Disassemble wheels (remove tires, valve stems, etc.).
• Clean, sand, and prep wheels for repair.
• Weld, straighten, and apply filler to damaged areas.
• Paint and refinish wheels to match OEM or customer specifications.
• Reassemble and balance wheels using tire changers and wheel balancers.
• Perform final inspections to ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Mix paint colors using standard formulas or color charts.
• Operate CNC machines and other specialized equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and customer specifications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for wheel remanufacturing processes.
• Communicate with internal teams and occasionally with customers.

• Training available for candidates eager to learn and grow.
• Previous experience in wheel repair or automotive service preferred.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and overtime as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and squatting.
• Work in a well‑ventilated shop environment.
• May be exposed to various weather conditions if mobile.

• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screening and background check.
