Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive service sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the service workflow by coordinating with technicians and following up with customers.
- Achieve sales targets and offer feedback to enhance service operations.
- Auto repair knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with dealership systems is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential.
