Location: New York

A global law firm with offices across four continents is seeking a Legal Practice Assistant
. The firm offers a collaborative and inclusive environment where innovation, integrity, and client service are paramount.

Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of experience supporting attorneys or legal teams
  • Skilled in managing schedules, correspondence, and administrative workflows for busy executives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong typing skills
  • Trusted to handle sensitive client and firm information with discretion
  • Able to coordinate multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines independently
What You’ll Do
  • Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with attention to detail
  • Draft, format, and circulate legal correspondence, reports, and documents accurately
  • Maintain client records and manage billing, time entry, and related administrative processes
  • Coordinate projects across teams and track deliverables to meet deadlines
  • Organize filing, scanning, and document management systems efficiently
  • Support special initiatives, workflow improvements, and office projects as requested

  • Attorneys can focus on legal work because administrative and scheduling tasks are handled proactively
  • Meetings, projects, and travel arrangements proceed smoothly without bottlenecks
  • Communications and documents are professional, accurate, and timely

Salary Range: $85,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience

Location:

New York, NY – Hybrid
