Our client, a European private family office and lower middle market private equity investor, is opening its first U.S. office in Midtown Manhattan and is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the small New York team. With the majority of the firm based in Europe, the NYC office will initially consist of three professionals and will serve as the firm’s U.S. hub as they expand their investment presence.
This role will include a mix of executive support, office management, and occasional personal assistance to the Founder, an ultra-high-net-worth principal. Approximately 25% of the role will support the Founder directly, with the remainder focused on office management, supporting the team, and coordinating with vendors as the office grows. The firm anticipates adding additional Vice Presidents and Associates over the next 12 months, making this a great opportunity for a seasoned administrative professional who enjoys helping build structure in a growing office.
