KPCA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment and Admissions Assistant to join our team. This pivotal role supports the recruitment and admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and applicants. As a Recruitment and Admissions Assistant, you will play a key role in managing communications, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records that contribute to the growth and success of KPCA.
Key Objectives- Support the recruitment and admissions team in attracting and enrolling qualified candidates.
- Provide timely and professional assistance to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date applicant data and documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment events and outreach activities to promote KPCA’s programs.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating recruitment events, campus tours, and information sessions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person.
- Support the processing of applications, including data entry, document verification, and status updates.
- Maintain accurate records in the admissions database and generate reports as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up with applicants.
- Help prepare recruitment materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to admissions policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and admissions processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
