KPCA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment and Admissions Assistant to join our team. This pivotal role supports the recruitment and admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and applicants. As a Recruitment and Admissions Assistant, you will play a key role in managing communications, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records that contribute to the growth and success of KPCA.

Key Objectives
  • Support the recruitment and admissions team in attracting and enrolling qualified candidates.
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to prospective students throughout the admissions process.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date applicant data and documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment events and outreach activities to promote KPCA’s programs.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating recruitment events, campus tours, and information sessions.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Support the processing of applications, including data entry, document verification, and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the admissions database and generate reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up with applicants.
  • Help prepare recruitment materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to admissions policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and admissions processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, admissions, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
