Job Summary

The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the production facility’s office.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical support such as email correspondence, sorting and distributing mail, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
  • Manage insurance and documentation for company vehicles, filing of invoices, request quotes and schedule facility maintenance visits etc.
  • Coordinate with general managers and wholesalers to resolve invoice discrepancies, delivery issues and refunds.
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures for facility and execute corresponding paperwork.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred.
  • At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish a plus, but not required.
  • Food industry experience a plus, but not required.
