Schedule: Part-Time Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team during the evening shift. As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff, the Receptionist plays an important role in creating a warm, welcoming environment while helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations within our skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Monitor the front desk and facility entrance to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff
  • Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain accurate logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
  • Communicate important information to nursing staff and management when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Support the team in creating a positive experience for residents and their families
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and phone system skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
