Job Description
We are seeking a self‑motivated individual to become an integral member of our team. This position may have access to sensitive and confidential information, so diplomacy, tact, and discretion are essential. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to multitask with professionalism. This position is a terrific opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
It does not require prior business knowledge.
- Provide general administrative and technical support to the team
- Maintain a variety of records
- Assist with the collection, organization and analysis of data
- Organize, maintain and update electronic files and templates
- Track and file binding documents, policies and invoices, reviewing for accuracy and consistency
- Work with marketing on the development of internal and external education, marketing and presentation materials
- Assume responsibility for coordinating various department projects and initiatives in support of business and department goals and objectives
- Support the local Executives, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
$30.00 - $42.00
CompensationIn addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
