Summary Rapidly growing biotech firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a team in business development. Responsibilities include heavy ever changing calendar management, coordinating domestic/international travel, and expenses with Concur. Will also coordinate conference rooms, catering and prepare materials for meetings, along with inputting and maintaining CRM system. Work on large scale medical conference. Must have 24/7 mentality and be proactive, collaborate with other support staff, and handle ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of support experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services, biotech, or startup. Will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, have the ability to prioritize and pivot as needed. Must have strong technical skills, experience using Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus. Positive can-do attitude with strong attention to detail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
