Overview

New York City Midtown, prestigious, boutique, growing investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 5 Private Equity Executives. This role is a busy, important seat to keep Executives organized throughout the day.

Responsibilities
  • Complex calendar management
  • Heavy phone coverage
  • Extensive travel coordination (domestic and international)
  • Expense management
  • Meeting coordination
  • Gatekeeping
  • Hours are 8:30 – 6pm with flexibility for 24/7 availability
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree plus
  • At least 5-10 years of administrative support experience
  • Financial services industry experience or similar
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong multi-tasker
  • Ability to prioritize and pivot as needed
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of client service skills
  • Can-do attitude
