Overview
New York City Midtown, prestigious, boutique, growing investment firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 5 Private Equity Executives. This role is a busy, important seat to keep Executives organized throughout the day.
Responsibilities- Complex calendar management
- Heavy phone coverage
- Extensive travel coordination (domestic and international)
- Expense management
- Meeting coordination
- Gatekeeping
- Hours are 8:30 – 6pm with flexibility for 24/7 availability
- Bachelor’s degree plus
- At least 5-10 years of administrative support experience
- Financial services industry experience or similar
- Detail oriented
- Strong multi-tasker
- Ability to prioritize and pivot as needed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of client service skills
- Can-do attitude
