We have an incredible opportunity for a dynamic Receptionist to join our growing New York Team!

- Take incoming calls, answer any queries, and direct them to the right department.
- Welcome and greet all clients, applicants and guests and determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations and maintain /update visitor log.
- Keep track/record of employee call outs.
- Distribute pay checks and all incoming postal mail and packages and organize outgoing mail/package pick up. (for example, schedule Fed Ex pick up)
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Generate a variety of correspondence (to staff in house as well as to clients/customers).
- Create identification cards and finger scans of all staff.
- Order and replenish office supplies.
- 1-2 years work experience at a front desk.
- Excellent computer skills. (Especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment. Hands‑on approach service skills.
- Capable to work independently and in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
- High organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overnight, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Pay rate: $21.25 h ourly.
