Our client, a small real estate private equity firm located in Midtown East, Manhattan is looking for a Temp-to-Perm Office Coordinator to join their team. This position will start as soon as they find the right fit and will operate between the hours of 9am-6pm, Mon-Fri, with on-site flexibility. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-maintained environment Serve as the on-site point of contact for guests and vendors, including facilities and IT service providers Coordinate and oversee technical service visits (internet, networking, printers, equipment setup), ensuring work is completed properly Manage deliveries, shipments, and occasional local package pick-ups Order and maintain office supplies and basic inventory Monitor office equipment and escalate issues appropriately Track vendor contacts, service details, and basic operational documentation Handle miscellaneous administrative and logistical tasks as needed Provide occasional after-hours coordination if urgent office matters arise Qualifications 3+ years of experience in office coordination or office management Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional, discreet, and dependable Comfort interacting with technical vendors and understanding basic office infrastructure Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment Able to manage a quiet office environment without constant direction Compensation:
