Office Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate’s degree in office administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative and clerical experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
Office Manager Preferred Background & Skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish a plus
  • Experience in food production or food industry a plus
Office Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Oversee general administrative functions and daily office operations
  • Provide clerical support, including managing correspondence, mail, and document preparation
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Manage insurance and documentation for company vehicles
  • Handle vendor invoicing, quote requests, and coordinate facility maintenance visits
  • Liaise with general managers and wholesale partners to resolve invoice and delivery issues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emergency procedures and execute necessary documentation
  • Support operational compliance and ensure accurate recordkeeping
