Position: Receptionist (Top of the Rock - Rockefeller Center)
Location: New York

Reports To:

Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership

Schedule:

25 hours/week | Shifts between 7:30AM–3:30PM or 3:00PM–11:00PM/12:00AM

Business

Hours:

Monday–Sunday, 7:00AM–12:00AM

To support our peak season operations, we’re seeking professional and service‑oriented RECEPTIONISTS who bring poise, organization, and a welcoming presence to a fast‑paced environment.

As a Receptionist, you are the central point of connection for guests and team members alike — managing inquiries, maintaining a polished front‑of‑house presence, and ensuring each interaction reflects the high standards of our iconic destination.

This seasonal opportunity provides valuable experience within a premier NYC attraction, with potential consideration for future opportunities based on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome guests warmly and professionally, capturing and managing guest information
  • Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email with courtesy and efficiency
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and inviting reception area
  • Support administrative tasks as needed
  • Assist with onsite business center services, including office supply stocking, conference room setup, pantry inventory, light facilities or mail services
What You Bring
  • 1+ year of administrative or office services experience
  • A positive, professional attitude with a genuine passion for guest service
  • Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required
  • Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort using or learning technology such as handheld scanners, Adobe, Microsoft Word, email, and workplace messaging platforms (Teams, Slack, Google)
  • A polished appearance and strong communication skills

Compensation

The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job‑related factors.
