Location: New York
Executive Assistant – Investment Management
Investment Management Firm with global reach is seeking an Executive Assistant who is energetic and a team player to support a small team.
Responsibilities Include:- Provide administrative support to the team
- Answer busy phones while ensuring that calls are directed properly and messages are dealt with in a timely fashion
- Manage complex calendars; schedule, arrange and facilitate meetings
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, hotels, visa coordination, etc.
- Draft and edit letters and memos
- Responsible for tracking expenses and ensuring timely reimbursement
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate setting
- Able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously while keeping an attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Discretion and experience handling sensitive/confidential information is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
