Location: New York

Our client, a boutique firm in the financial services industry, is seeking a polished and highly professional administrative professional to support their New York office.

This is a visible, client-facing position within a fast-paced financial services environment. The ideal candidate understands white-glove service, thrives in a detail-oriented setting, and approaches every task with ownership and pride.

Responsibilities
Front Desk (approx. 50%)
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and executives
  • Provide a polished, high-touch guest experience
  • Prepare and maintain conference rooms to exacting standards
Office Management Support (approx. 20%)
  • Liaise with building management
  • Manage security badges and office access
  • Handle mail and deliveries
  • Partner with headquarters on administrative coordination
Hospitality & Pantry (approx. 20%)
  • Stock and maintain pantry and kitchen areas
  • Unload dishwasher and keep shared spaces orderly
  • Assist with light lifting of boxes and supplies
  • Anticipate and proactively manage office needs
Administrative Support (approx. 10%)
  • Provide backup support to EAs
  • Schedule meetings and manage Outlook calendars
Qualifications
  • Experience in a professional corporate environment required (financial services strongly preferred)
  • 1–3+ years in reception, office management, or hospitality-forward corporate roles
  • College degree strongly preferred (open to exceptional candidates)
  • Comfortable with light lifting and hands-on tasks
  • Highly polished, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Seeking a long-term opportunity (1–3+ years), not a short-term stepping stone

This role is best suited for someone currently working in a similar corporate front desk or office support role who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of professionalism and presentation.
