Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Contract duration: 2 months with a strong possibility of extension Pay: $21/hr duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an intermediary between supervisor and departmental staff by transmitting written and verbal communications, requests, and instructions.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitor departmental expenses for variance reporting.
  • Coordinate meetings, office activities, forums, and conferences, including logistical planning.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, statistical reports, tables, and other documents; transcribe dictation as needed.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming mail; respond or distribute appropriately.
  • Screen telephone calls, respond to routine inquiries, or direct callers as needed.
  • Schedule patient appointments and referrals when applicable; maintain patient billing records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of administrative or medical office experience required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
  • Associate’s degree in Secretarial Science or related field required OR
  • High School Diploma/GED plus two (2) years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
