Who They Are
We're working with an industry-leading contractor in the building envelope space, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator to support their Project Management team.
This role offers competitive pay and great benefits. You'd assist with scheduling, purchase orders, and coordination across departments while gaining exposure to site visits and strong growth opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Maintain total accountability for financial project aspects, including purchasing, resource management, and profitability
- Organize, plan, communicate, and execute specific strategies for successful project completion
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate new project sales
- Document management, delivery tickets, and purchase orders
- Communicate with the PM department to determine project requirements and objectives, and help them meet goals
- Assist with the management and updating of PM software, schedule creation, submittals, delivery tickets, etc.
- Review & understand the scope of work within each project
- Handle multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure to meet timelines
- Minimum of 1 year in a project-related role in the construction industry
- Some college preferred
- Experience with project management software, Bluebeam editing software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read shop drawings
