- Friendly, and highly organized receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for shareholders, vendors, and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries accordingly.
- Provide general information and support to tenants and guests.
- Provide full administrative support, including phone support, typing, reports, filing, and distribution of correspondence.
- Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner.
- Create and schedule work orders.
- Perform other administrative and concierge duties as assigned.
- Ensure Certificates of Insurance for tenants and vendors are up to date.
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in real estate.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with a positive attitude.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly and logical property files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries and correspondence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting, supporting colleagues as needed.
$40,000 - $45,000 per year
