About the Role

Pagaya is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to support a group of dynamic senior leaders across key business functions. This role will provide dedicated support to multiple executives. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact role at the center of our commercial and people operations. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to multiple executives whose teams drive revenue, partnerships, marketing performance, and organizational strategy.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings structure and calm to complex, ever‑evolving priorities. You will collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination across leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid‑ to senior‑level EA who enjoys operating at scale, managing competing priorities, and building strong partnerships with executives and their teams.

Responsibilities Executive Partnership & Strategic Support
  • Manage complex and evolving calendars across multiple senior executives, balancing competing priorities and time zones.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively propose solutions.
  • Prepare executives for meetings by coordinating briefing documents, agendas, and key materials.
  • Track action items and drive follow‑ups to ensure accountability and momentum.
Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, offsites, and team events.
  • Partner closely with the broader EA team to align business priorities and ensure leadership coverage.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support communication flow across People, Commercial, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
  • Help streamline processes and recommend efficiencies that improve executive effectiveness.
Discretion & Agility
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.
  • Provide occasional personal administrative support as needed.
  • Offer flexibility for occasional evening or weekend coordination when business needs arise.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, or matrixed environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • A proactive mindset – you anticipate needs rather than react to them.
  • Comfort working in‑office in Midtown NYC 4–5 days per week.
  • A team‑oriented approach and strong collaboration skills.

The pay ranges for New York‑based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.

Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.

Compensation range for New York based hires: $110,000 — $125,000 USD
