Description Data Entry Operator - FacilitiesThe Data Entry Operator's role is to enter a variety of information into the assigned computer system, and to produce reports from computerized billing, maintenance and repair data.
In this role you will- Perform data entry functions
- Generate computer reports
- Perform troubleshooting
- Answer telephones
- Perform other related duties as required
This is a full‑time day position located at New York‑Presbyterian/Queens.
Required Criteria- High school diploma plus completion of a training course as a Data Entry Operator
- No experience required; on‑the‑job training provided, but must have completed the above course to be familiar with data entry practices
- Must have the technical knowledge required to operate the department’s equipment
- Must have good phone manner and communication skills

Please note that all roles require on‑site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse travel expenses.
