Under the supervision of the Program Director the role of the Assistant Coordinator encompasses many things. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Assistant Coordinator include providing support to management, assisting in daily program operations and managing client documentation. This position includes developing and maintaining a system for tracking, updating and processing all reports.
The position also includes providing diversified administrative/secretarial duties for the department head and department as needed.
Must have minimum of one year experience in relevant field and,
- Ability to perform in a busy, changing, multi-tasking work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in navigating data-base systems
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma required;
Associates and/or Bachelor preferred
Valid driver's license in good standing requires
Proficient of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) and database navigation required.
Location:

Pay: $60-62k
