8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional after-hours events

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain a welcoming, efficient office environment. This role manages administrative processes, supports staff across the organization, and leads a small front-desk team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Office Operations
  • Manage daily office activities, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee budgets, purchasing, and expense tracking.
  • Develop and refine office policies to improve workflow.
  • Coordinate facilities needs, including maintenance, security, and workspace allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Supervise and support three Receptionists, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Foster a collaborative, service-focused team culture.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to maintain alignment and communication.
Reception & Front-Desk Management
  • Ensure a professional, welcoming front desk experience.
  • Oversee visitor check-ins, calls, and reception coverage schedules.
  • Support the team in resolving inquiries efficiently.
Administrative Support
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal administrative requests.
  • Assist with events, meeting logistics, and internal communications.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
  • Support employee onboarding, including workspace setup and orientation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of office management experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation: $85,000–$130,000 depending on experience.
