Pay Range
$85,000.00/yr - $/yr
Schedule8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional after-hours events
About the RoleWe are seeking an organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and maintain a welcoming, efficient office environment. This role manages administrative processes, supports staff across the organization, and leads a small front-desk team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Office Operations- Manage daily office activities, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee budgets, purchasing, and expense tracking.
- Develop and refine office policies to improve workflow.
- Coordinate facilities needs, including maintenance, security, and workspace allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Supervise and support three Receptionists, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative, service-focused team culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings to maintain alignment and communication.
- Ensure a professional, welcoming front desk experience.
- Oversee visitor check-ins, calls, and reception coverage schedules.
- Support the team in resolving inquiries efficiently.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal administrative requests.
- Assist with events, meeting logistics, and internal communications.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and databases.
- Support employee onboarding, including workspace setup and orientation.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of office management experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Compensation: $85,000–$130,000 depending on experience.
