ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
The Receptionist will manage the front desk and provide administrative support to attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate is warm, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal or professional services environment. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Manage conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a polished appearance
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure a seamless client experience
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role within a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
